onboarding.
As soon as you fill out our inquiry form, we jump out of our chairs and run across the room, yelling - "DID YOU SEE OUR NEW LEAD!?"

Once all of the excitement is out of the way, we'll take a deep dive into learning a bit about you & your project needs, to ensure that we're a good fit for one another.
​
We'll send over a detailed packet outlining our pricing guidelines and service summaries, so that we're all on the same page. From here, we'll set up a virtual onboarding call, where we can learn about each-other, the project at hand, and most importantly - the in-betweens.
​
After, we'll send over an invoice and contract. We require a 20% deposit, and then we'll begin setting your project timeline for completion.
This is our favorite part of the process - the part where we get to really uncover what makes your project explicitly unique. We'll send over a questionnaire with everything that we need to know to ensure that your new project perfectly encapsulates everything it needs to make it special.
You'll take some time answering fun questions (okay, and a few boring ones too) outlining necessary details, such as your target audience, project due date, and "what personality do you want this project to have, and why?"

We will meet to go over your responses, clear up any unanswered questions, and fill in any missing pieces. We'll discuss your must have's for your project, and what you're feeling flexible on, so that we can ensure that we have a clear direction moving forward, and that of the boxes are checked.

design & discuss.
Our one and done method of designing is a highly efficient, streamlined process that ensures you get the highest quality design within the parameters of our set project timeline. With clear direction from our brainstorming process, we'll present you with a solid idea of where we plan to take your project. Once approved, we are able to hit the ground running, maximize creative flow, and focus on all of the sprinkles, hot fudge, and cherries on top.

We'll meet to present you with your (almost) complete project. This will be your opportunity to provide any feedback, final minor adjustments, and most importantly - get really excited about your new design.

We'll take your final revisions into account, and begin to wrap everything up with a bow.
Ladies and gentlemen, the moment we've all been waiting for. All revisions have been made, and we're ready to officially launch your project. We'll meet one final time to fully present your project, and ensure that everything is 101% perfect.
​
Once we have the go ahead, your design package will be exported and packaged into a beautifully organized folder. You'll have full access to all file types, which you will be able to download and utilize however you see fit. We'll host your files for another 90 days, just in case you need added time to get any straggling ducks in a row.

After everything is said and done, we'll always remain just a phone call, email, or text away. Like we said, we're your new best friends, and we're on standby for you, and for the beautiful masterpiece we built together.
